What the form collects

Your name, business name if supplied, phone or email, selected service and project description. These details are used by Yami to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.

Storage and retention

Inquiries are stored privately on the System53 server. They are not displayed on this website. The inquiry store removes submissions older than 90 days automatically. If a project proceeds, any separate client records and arrangements will be discussed with you.

Cookies and third-party links

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare provides network delivery and security and may process connection information for those services. Links to WhatsApp, TikTok and portfolio websites open third-party services with their own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can use the public phone or WhatsApp contact instead of submitting a form. To request removal of an inquiry, contact Yami at 077 784 2315 or WhatsApp and provide your inquiry reference.
